partial words (i.e. "Philippines" not "Phil").

Nice looking and easier to navigate, even if Owen has to remind everybody of
my stupid error of not searching it correctly

Actually, I have to remind everyone of the stupid way that the search
function works. I think it is a mistake that the search can't be for a
partial word or phrase. My design of the site would be cleaner if I could
eliminate that instruction.

If anyone else has any comments or suggestions, I'm all ears. It's a work in
progress, and I'd like to figure out a way to make it work best for the
collector community.
