He says that they don't come along in this condition very often.

But EVERY new note issued by the bank is in this condition.

The "bank" wrapper is a home made effort as the notes are issued in bundles
of 100 and not 20.

And he lists in ALL CAPS.

If he gets the £39.99, or more, that he's looking for I'll nip to my local
branch and get me a few 100. Billy

Where he is, Northern Ireland, they don't come from the bank that often, for
why would you want Scottish notes in Ireland?
