order [pre-discount]. In addition, free shipping will apply to all
orders. [that is, free in the USA, shipping at cost elsewhere.]

Discounts will apply as follows:
$50 - $1500 [pre-discount total] : 50% off
$1000 - $3000 : 65% off
over $3000: 75% off
