Wes, as soon as you see this go in to AVG and update your virus
definitions. You are seriously out of date and there are many nasty
bugs that have come out in the last six weeks.

Somehow it stopped doing it.

At the rate new bugs are coming out, 14 days is too long. You want
to update it at least once a week.

I have mine set to update nightly. I never turn my computer off, and I
figure as long as it's running all night, it might as well do stuff. I
have about a dozen various tasks it does while I sleep, and checking for
new virus definitions is one of them.
