In English my reply this time, sorry for the French friends in here in
fr.rec.philatelie: That what ppl call CIS states is meant by some Russian
states. Like Armenia, Azerbaidjan, Georgia and so on those states who are
associated in the CIS, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyiztan etc..

Just don't tell to people from those states (Azerbaijan, Georgia, etc. )
that their states are Russian ones, because they could react quite angrily.

Sûrement les gens qui habitent la bas (en Arménie, etc.) ne seront pas
contents d'attendre que leurs états sont russes...
