A Miscellany of Rare Books from the 15th to 19th
Centuries

Offered by:

Rare Books & Manuscripts, LLC
72 North Street
Middlebury, CT 06762
USA

I would like to notify you of my new, illustrated
online Catalogue #32 - A Miscellany of Rare Books from
the 15th to 19th Centuries. It is a small, but
interesting collection of nearly three dozen items all
accompanied by digital images.

Included are samples of printing by early woman
printers, books with engraved views, architectural
works, religious works, Jesuits, David Garrick’s copy
(with his bookplate) of the works of Sallust, Natural
History, Fishing, a scarce play about William Tell,
Dutch History, German View Books etc.

Also on my web site is a page dedicated to Recent
Acquisitions with later works of literature, history,
and art. Included is a signed association copy of
Edna Ferber’s Cimarron in a nice dust jacket; the
Second Edition of Alcoholics Anonymous in a dust
jacket; signed books by V. Sackville West, Amelia
Earhart and Samuel Rogers; the first two books by
Aldous Huxley, and an early Tolkien piece.

The web address is:

Some of the pages may take a while to load in - due to
the graphics on each page. I hope you can take the
time to browse. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Michael C. Dooling
