Default Best value-guide for British banknotes?

Hi,

I'm aware of three price guides for English banknotes:

(1) English Paper Money (V. Duggleby)
(2) The Banknote Yearbook (Token Publishing)
(3) Collectors Banknotes - Treasury & Bank of England (Richards)

Could any of you who are familiar with these publications please
indicate which one you think contains the most realistic market
values? If you could comment on the other two also, that would be
helpful too.

Many thanks,

Jake W

(1) A new edition is due out soon.

(2) A great general guide but some rare varieties are not listed and I'm
not letting on what's missing.

(3) I've not seen this book.

Thank you for that. Which of (1) and (2) would you say is the most
reliable price guide for the more common notes?

As I collect only Scottish notes I don't know how accurate (1) is price
wise, or (2), but as a new edition is due soon the prices are presumably
out of date. Billy
