Chris Cornell ??

Has anyone gotten Chris Cornell in-person recently ? Any stories or
tips ?

yeah, he barely shows up like a half an hour before the show (most
shows anyway) and you really have to get in front of him to get
him...if you just ask and let him walk by, he will...
he has 2 bodyguards and they try to let him get to very few
people...chris signs and lets them push him through the door.
he played a lot of shows in l.a. and signed so little that there were
2 shows that i didn't get him...
he's one of my favorites and i go to try and get him quite a bit.
after the show, he either darts out right away, but if he does that,
it's because he's leaving town...
here in l.a., he was never on the bus...and when he was with
audioslave, i never saw him on the bus either...with soundgarden, he
was always on the bus (but i was in phoenix then and the bodyguards
wouldn't let him sign after the shows).

i know that wasn't real helpful..i figure i would just tell you to
find a way to go before the show...

The other night when he was here, they pulled his van right up to the
door, he moved right into the venue. After the show they pulled right
up next to the side door, he slid in and they backed right by everyone
without him even acknowledging anyone was there.

awww. really? that SUCKS...bodyguards want to go home early too i
guess..
that really sucks though dude...sorry for that one.
