Basically, it's a damaged unused copy of the stamp. So I would
expect it to be worth less than a undamaged copy of the stamp.

It would be of interest to a specialist forming a
reference collection of fakes and fake cancels.

It would help others identify the cancel as a
fake in future.

Value , as Eric says, is minimal.
