Good Lord.....we've got M15 persecutions "all over the place" on this
jukebox site, but I can't get an honest response to a Rockola Rocket
question posted a couple of days ago, concerning cabinet finish,
cartridge modification, and idler speed. I don't wish to appear to be
rude, but I really don't want to call Donnie (in Florida) and ask his
opinion, as he told me 12 years ago to "junk it" and "get the H__L away
from this model as fast as I can". And Donnie is a Rockola "expert".
Maybe Charlie (Charley) can offer me some advice. Thanks, Rob

I never worked on that model so I can't help. Maybe Charlie can.

Thanks anyway Charley. I guess I'll have to call "Charlie", and pick
his brain about it some. I had the same type response recently for a
Wurlitzer 716 post. I know the jukes I own aren't THAT rare! (At least
not like an AMI top flite or a rockola Commando, or an 850/950.) I
hope Charlie (and Charley) is doing well, Rob

If he is indeed an expert, maybe this is good advice thats worth
considering ?

I think you will find that there are more people around being
persecuted by "secret police" (and their equivalents) around the world
than there are experts on Jukeboxes. Sadly, this persecution is quite
common in "western" countries these days too.
