Charter in WordPerfect or Word

Jon Bell kindly posted the RCSD and RCSM charters recently. I did a
copy-and-paste to put them into WordPerfect format, which can also be
saved as Word. If any users would like either one, please send me an
e-mail and I'll send the file along.

Why did I go to the trouble? It's easier to search a word processing
document, then copy-and-paste for mailing pieces to interested users
or newbies. But I'll admit that I think the cut-rate clothing and
jewelery sellers (found in the Google versions of RSCD, RCSM, and
fr.req.philatelie) are beyonid hope and caring.

Fortunately, I do not have to use this Ersatz of Usenet Newsgroups that
one can find thanks to "GoogleGroups".
My French Internet Provider ("free") filters very efficiently those
annoying SPAM's and I receive may be 2 or 3 per year on RCSD and
fr.rec.philatelie.

I would be very happy getting such a low rate of SPAM in my personal
mailbox ;-)
