Swedish set with crime novelists has bullets perforations

It is interesting to read in Linn's Stamps News, that:

"Figure 1. The stamps in a new Swiss booklet featuring crime novelists
include perforated bullet holes."

It isn't for the first, and surely not for the last time that Sweden is
taken for Switzerland, and vice-versa.

As for the holes, I wonder if this makes the stamps more ecological, less
paper being used.

Where do you think the little round bits of paper go? It depends whether or not
it is considered possible to recycle them, as confetti, perhaps.


It's the time for the SNAPO to issue a set featuring perforated stamps of
sieves, used in different countries. The whole round sheetlet, btw printed
on aluminum, can be incorporated into a (delivered) frame, and then used as
a sifter.
