Drivebelt for BSR 8 Track Machine

Does anybody know a good source of drivebelts for 8 track machines in
Britain or a suitable alternative.
Since mine snapped I have been using rubber bands, but they have a limited
lifespan and it's a pain to keep dismantling the case to replace them.

I found some at an electronics parts store. They stocked VHS VCR drive belts
that worked for 8 tracks. later, ron
