They aren't "public domain," nothing is. Arpinet and Usenet have one
fatal flaw, which its designers didn't take into account...there's no
way to get rid of kOOks. Moderation was a "retrofit" to attempt to
take care of that problem, which unfortunately wasn't around when this
group was founded.

Else, Noodles, you'd be, like in everything else, BANNED. He did,
