Default Another TPG that sounds like NGC

Well, here is another TPG trying to fool newbies--NGCC vs. NGC.

Looks like it might be an OK grade, maybe a MS63+ or 64 (definitely not
MS67) but really don't see the DMPL,
so giving it the benefit of the doubt, if it was a PCGS MS65 it lists
for $220 on the pumped up PCGS site.

Hey, I guess if you can get it and still sleep at night, go ahead on,
but I sure hate to see people get ripped.

Anyway, let me know what you, my fellow RCC'ers, think on the grade.
Maybe I am way off and it is a dmpl 67, but IMHO it won't make the
grade!

Too many Frost Breaks for a 67, also looks to PL instead on DMPL

MS-64PL on a good day......
