G'day Zak,
I presume you mean "NVI" non value indicated, correct?

A newsgroup member some years ago offered an image list,
but I am not sure if we have the authority to re distribute,
Both Linn's and USPS have pages with colour images
of NVI issues.

You're welcome,
I'll let you navigate USPS, I should imagine they shall be up to date.
Its night night time down here at the bottom of the world,
and we get tired carrying the rest of the world on our shoulders.

I have a list as well as all the US NVI stamps up to 2008. I do not
scan so my best advice is to buy the Official USPS Catalog from the
post office. Here you will find images of all the stamps as well as
Scott numbers.

Ralphael, the OLD one.
