Nordiska Kompaniet (NK) in Stockholm http://www.nk.se/. This is a
brick-and-mortar place with no online sales (as far as I know). They
offer quite a decent selection of pens, inks, and related stuff, and
it seems unbelievable that they can survive in a market as small as
Sweden -- until you see their price tags. However, if you want just a
single bottle and happen to be in Stockholm anyway, it might still be
cheaper than ordering from the UK or the US.

Interestingly, I have seen Legal Lapis and Iraqi Indigo on display
there (at a whopping SEK 295 per bottle) even though these are
supposedly exclusive to Pendemonium.
