Well, I took his question as a legitimate one.

He posted a link to a site that I'd never heard of, seemed overpriced,
and just smelled a little "fishy" and claimed it "seems to be the
biggest".

Search eBay, there are a couple of them on sale right now but they go quite
high and I am not sure if they deserve that price...
Some of them are graded others are raw.

AEs I have bought look very nice, even though I'm sure they would
*only* grade MS-69. The 2008 proof I bought recently from the Mint
looks perfect to me. If I paid big $$ for a PF70 I doubt I'd be able
to tell a difference.

My advice is to not buy MS70 or PR/PF 70 anything unless it is close to MS69
or PR/PF 69 price. The price is not justified IMO.

I like Apmex for that sort of thing, If you don't want to do Ebay. At
