I am sorry to hear that!
Why haven't you returned the set?!
Comparing this year's set with the rest of the sets back to 2000 I *think*
that this year they are excellently struck, well packaged without any
impurities, etc in them; the strike on both S.Q and regular coins looks
perfect to me, definitely PR69 or even PR70 if I'd ever decide to brake the
set!
IMHO the Mint made a great improvement on both struck and package quality.

curiosity. my other set was perfect, the 2 silever sets
ditto. i'm really curious to see what happens. the skyintest
in me wants to observe and it's a cheap thrill.
