BIG Unused Canadian stamp lot from last year

The other day I have to buy offices in an auction outside of my city.
I needed an office to put my new computer, but i must buy a batch of 3 offices.
Then, I HAVE to buy the batch in question for that only one that I want.

I took the offices at my place, then I put the axe in the offices that I did not want to keep.
While removing the drawers of one of the offices, there is them a small envelope that is to fall down.
The envelope contained $200 and also there was a small bag of plastic one that contained more of $400 of stamps post.

I called for the post office of my locality to know if the stamps was again valid, then they were said me that
the stamps was good again. then I decided to sell them here.

Then if you want stamps for put on your packages that you sell in auction. You are at the good place.
This are all of the self-adhesive stamps of $0.80 and of $1.40 this lot of stamps is from the past year.

There is 18 cards of 6 stamps by cards of a value of $4.80 by card.
Also 38 cards of 6 stamps by cards of a value of $8.40 by card.
I speak here about Canadian stamp, The big value of all the stamps is $405.60 + tax.

I ask $275 for the complete lot.
