I just read an article in the January edition of the Philatelic Exporter
which confirms this. Stamp production is to be concentrated at
Dunstable.

dear Alan,

on November 25, 2003, De La Rue published their last 1/2 year's records
and let it know that it would cost too much to keep up with the
former House of Questa printing house much longer. Within a year
the erstwhile Questa plant will be closed and the machinery brought to the
remaining DLR sites...

This will give Walsall Security Printing enough 'space' to expand..

gtx, Rein
