ALL issues of Iran from 1961 to 2003 ( 42 Cpl. years ) including
commems , defin sets and mini sheets ( all Cpl sets , all high cat
values , singles , thematics , non-thematics , etc ) in MNH . postage
is FREE . I deliver my material BEFORE payment.

With respect, Moghaddam, it's very risky to deliver goods of any sort before
payment. It's one thing to offer stamps on approval -- perhaps that's what
you mean -- especially once you have established a business relationship
with someone. But to offer stamps to the general public on the basis of
trust means that you are going to lose some stamps.

I think that most collectors are willing to assume that dealers are
trustworthy, and will send money before rather than after delivery, although
they might well wish more about you than can be provided in a brief
newsgroup posting.

I once sent over a hundred dollars' worth of mint Canadian stamps to a
"collector" in Montreal. He had previously sent me a large order, with
payment. Foolishly, I sent a second order on his promise to pay. I never
heard from him again, and when I tried to call, I learned that his telephone
had been disconnected. His address was a box number.
