New Camera Recommendation From K6AZ
I purchased the Nikon Coolpix 5400 that Eric recommended.
Here is a link to my first pic. http://www.vtcoins.com/test.jpg The one on the left is from the Nikon, and the one on the right is from my old Sony Mavica FD73. Not a bad photo for my first attempt and not making any effort trying to light it properly. Thanks Eric! Tim Puro |

You just can't beat that camera with the current rebate putting it under $300. I can give you a great hint on lighting as well, if you have a Lowe's near you. Sylvania now has a line of Halogen Floods that produce light as white and as close to sunlight as the expensive photography lights. They're called Daylight Plus, and can be purchased in 50w and 75w. I'm using two 50w and two 75w for my photographs. http://www.k6az.com/forums/dplus_par30ln_75w.jpg -- K6AZ WEB PAGES http://www.k6az.com/web_pages.htm |

Thanks, I saw that. The 90-O is really nice for the grade. Too bad for the typical 90-O strike. -- K6AZ WEB PAGES http://www.k6az.com/web_pages.htm |
