Whacko Nudo threatens net ops with lawsuits

As if to offer further proof that my "nudo crushing" operation is a
total success, Charlie Nudo is now sending e-mails to my ISP, to news
server operators, and who knows who else, threatening "legal action"
if they don't quit allowing me to post my warnings and exposés about
Nudo's shady past and shoddy business practices, as well as exposing
his spamming to Google and other operators. All this is doing is
making Nudo look, in the words of one person with whom I spoke about
such a message, a "fruitcake." Of course, he has no case...he cannot
prove slander, because the charges are true, which will easily be
borne out with evidence and testimony...IF such a nutty case could
ever find a forum. No attorney in his right mind would even touch
this case, unless s/he's an "ambulance chaser" desperate for money.

"Damages" to you for your current tax problems? Prove it. Even if
you could, a citizen "ratting out" a tax cheat is fully within the
law, in fact being a good citizen by pointing out scofflaws to the
proper authority.

Keep it up, Noodles....you're simply doing what I want you to
do...making yourself look like a hapless "fruitcake," which I've known
you to be for years now.

Oh, by the way...do you want me to start posting your "letters" in
here now...with headers?
