Hi Treacan,

the right one with overprint "G.N.R" is from 1943, issued for "Guardia
Nazionale Republicana", three kinds of overprint, yours is # I (cheapest
one), about 3,00 Euro.
Michel number is 4 in the section back of the book for this issue.

The right one is Michel nr. 8 of "Portofreiheitsmarken", overprinted
"associazione Nazionale Multilati-Invalidi di Guerra", for victims of the
war and by war disabled people. Value in Michel about 0.50 Euro. Year of
issue 1924.

Kind regards

Gerhard

They're not in Scott. The one on the left is a Franchise stamp
(Michel 61). Scott sometimes lists Franchise stamps, sometimes
doesn't. I have no idea what their listing criteria are.

The one on the right is a Republican National Guard overprint
(Michel 4I), This organization was the police force for the
Italian Social Republic. The stamps were issued in late 1943 or
early 1944.
