Default DesertBob and the "other" site killed an FM 8-track show before...

http://groups-beta.google.com/group/...17865fc711e112

this is the main reason why I recommend AVOIDING the other so-called
"8-track" site-

someone tried to have a radio show before in California, using 8-track
tapes, on FM- and DeserTBob jumped right in and killed the show with
his posts.

something has to be done to get DeserTBob OUT of the Usenet/Google
Groups 8-track community- he actually HATES 8-tracks yet hangs out and
kills every radio show that comes along to try to use them

read the thread link above- it speaks for itself- he tried to do the
same thing to Jason here- let's stop DeserTBob from ruining our fun !

Bob is a miserable old man over 65 years old, and about as UN-HIP as a
human being can be, while still being alive. Read the guys NEGATIVE
replies to anything creative !

shove Charlie Nudo's head up his own ass, take pictures, and celebrate
when the job is done.

That's not what happened, moron. It was simply stated that using 8
tracks for source material for the program was rather silly, since any
other media was of better quality.

What's the matter, Noodles? Crap your diaper again? Get Mrs. Noodles
to change it for you so you'll quit screaming.

read the thread link above- it speaks for itself- snip

Yeah..it speaks, "Charlie Nudo is a liar and a ****tard..." just like
all the posts involving you say.

More delusions and lies from the king of delusional 8 trackers,
Charlie Nudo.

We had a special 8-track Beatles show on July 14.
Normally we just play CDs & records. It was fun on
the 14th, and maybe we'll do it again sometime later.

Thanks again for the offer, and I'll let you know if
when we have another 8-track special.

DJ Apple

burn baby burn- the offers are pouring in now !

DB killed the "other" 8-track group, to the point that DB posts here,
more than there !

some group that must be !

He gets a "hose off" email in response to his continual harranguing of
that guy, and calls it "offers pouring in." I think Noodles' brains
are "pouring OUT" of his nose!

I successfully played SGT Peppers track 4,
some of Harrison's All things must pass, The Beatles
2nd Album, Hey Jude, Venus and Mars, and others. We
also gave away a free Band on the Run 8-track to the
1st caller to request a Wings song. It was fun, and
I'll probably do the same thing next Spring or
Winter...

Does the AM station with the 8track show have a stream
going on the internet? It sounds fun.

I have 3 8-track players: 1 red panasonic plunger, 1
york stereo tan, and one panasonic component used to
broadcast at the station. My best sounding 8-tracks
ever a George Carlin AM FM, Styx Paradise Theater,
KISS Alive II . . .of course these all have the
springs instead of the pads.

Do you have any Bob Marley 8-tracks for sale?

take it easy!

this posted reply from DeserTBob says it all- he's anti-8track and is
just hanging on these groups to troll !

I for one WELCOME the 8-track radio shows and anxiously await the next
live broadcast !

read the post, check the link- this DeserTBob guy rots- he doesn't know
how to have fun !

please tune in if you would like to a hear special show where I will be mixing 8-tracks with the regular line-up of various Beatles CDs and LPs. snip

....all of which begs the question "why," since the other two source
media (and playback equipment) are better quality. I'm unaware of any
Beatles stuff that was released solely on 8 track to the exclusion of
LP or 45. Anyone?

dB
