Ok, what's the scoop on Trugrade and this guy? Sounds like a variation on

One of many bottom tier grading services disussed here before. Do a Google
search of this newsgroup for "Trugrade".

If what seems to be a new grading service catches your eye on eBay, it's
probably already been discussed here. Google is your friend.
