Default Label software for world coins?

Anyone know of software that will generate 2x2 or flip labels
for world coins, given just the country and the KM numbers?
Or generate same labels for all circulating issues in a given
year range, given just the country? If possible, one that
can even print a full 2x2" size label with an image of the
coin in the center.

The reason I ask is because foreign (non-US) type set albums
are almost non-existent. Few were ever made and most are
out of print. If I want to create my own custom 3-ring binder
album to hold cardboard 2x2's for, say a France or Brazil or
Thailand or whatever country's type set, this would be the
king of label making software to have. Then you could
print out placeholder labels for all the circulating issues
(foreign comemmortives seem like a waste of time, at least
for the countries where they produced 80 million different
ones for any and every reason). For the coins you actually
have, you could print out the labels (sans coin images)
on stickers, and put them on your 2x2s. Useful information
for the labels would be stuff like the name of the country
(as listed in Krause), denomination, type of metal, years
of issue, and total mintage (if available). Country,
denomination and metal could print on the top,
years of issue and mintage on the bottom.

It would be a major pain to make these labels by hand
in any quantity. All this data (except maybe the coin images)
should be in any world coin inventory software, so it seems
like a reasonable expectation. I looked at a few different
demos several months ago, and they all seemed like junk,
so I didn't even get to checking out their label printing
capabilities ...
