Question Hammer Horror cards
I recently obtained a set of the Hammer Horror Series II trading cards, and
might be interested in getting the Series I set, as well as the inserts that go with them. However, I did a check on eBay for these cards, and found next to nothing there. My question is this: are these cards really popular, or really UN-popular? I found it strange that there were very few listings on eBay for these sets and don't want to waste my time looking for something that simply isn't there..... Any comments, insights, suggestions ???? Will - The chase are scarce because the boxes are scarce. The sets are scarce
because two cards(#79 and #80) were short printed and only available from Cornerstone at the time the cards came out. Complicating this set is that when the company folded, a single individual(Glenn Leonard) bought up almost all of the leftovers. I hope this helps. - Tom |
