Default FA: Andy Warhol's Index (Book), First Printing

On Ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=3557765044

This is a book of black and white photography, Warhol style,
occasional paper pop-ups that are usually in color, and interviews
with Warhol. The subjects seem to be women, products from grocery
stores, and rock 'n' roll. I don't get it, but no matter....

The opening page says "A Black Star Book, Random House 1967", and
"First Printing." Library of Congress catalog card number: 67-22621.
Assistance is attributed to "Stephen Shore, Paul Morrissey, Ondine,
Nico." Photography is partly attributed to Nat Finkelstein,
Christopher Cerf, Alan Rinzler, Gerald Harrison, Akihito Shirakawa,
David Paul. I assume Warhol is the principal author, but the whole
thing is not exactly normal.

I think it is in goood condition, but I am not a book expert. The
cover has an assortment of scuffs; the upper right front has what
looks like the remains of tape or a sale sticker (it's tan, you may be
able to see it in the photgraph). The binding (stitching) is a bit
loose in places, but all the pages are still bound. There are no rips,
stains, or writing. As far as I can tell, all the popups are
undamaged.
