we use 360 million gallons of gas a day in this country

add that up for a year

they aren't really making "obscene" profits- they are making a penny a
gallon, on billions of gallons of gas

roughly, over 125 billion gallons a gas sold a year- that's just rough
estimate

even if you make a PENNY a gallon, that's 12.5 billion in profits

it's not the oil co's fault- it's OUR FAULT for using so much- they
make money on our volume useage- not a lot of profit per gallon

Good one! Actually, I have ALL of Noodles' posts going way back,
thanks to a server with very long retention. He can't "hide" his
mental imbalance just by deleting posts...I have ALLLL the evidence I

I hope they make money hand over fist...if it was up to me, the price
would be $5 a gallon. It's their oil, not yours...

Um... that may be may semi-fault. I told Charlie that making jokes and
lightening up would make him a bit easier to take. Right after I did,
he posted a comment along that line of "dinosaurs died so I can get
10mpg" or something like that. I think those comments were meant to be
a joke.
