Default High Relief Gold Coins Graded by PCGS?

Simple question...why would someone throw the Mahagony box and cert
out when sending the coin to be graded? The box itself would cost
$100 to purchases. Just compare to cheap made in China cases of
molded wood that cost $40. Second, its custom designed for the US
Mint hence even at $100, impossible to find. So why don't dealers
include these when you purchase a graded example of the coin?

I have an ideal why, they probably don't throw it out as much as keep
it and send the graded coin with out the box to save money on shipping
for the buyer. I could be wrong, but just a guess. They might also be
planning on later selling the box to someone on eBay who doesn't have
one, kind of like what they do with empty proof and mint boxes.
