Hello,

I have a stamp and I don't no where its come from.
It's a stamp from England, Michel number 130 or 178. Koning George V two
pence
With the tekst in black C.G.L.

Where was this stamp used en what is C.G.L.

Hi
Without seeing the stamp this is just a guess. If the C.G.L is
printed in black on a 2p stamp, it may be a commercial overprint used
to pay a receipt tax.
