Need speaker advice
I have a Rowe/Ami R80 and a Seeburg omt jukebox in my basement and I've
recently aquired 4 ceiling speaker housings that have speakers in them that I think were used for like a PA system in perhaps a hospital or something....I would like to hook these up to BOTH jukeboxes and have a selector switch that I could change from one jukebox to the other whenever I wanted too. I'd like to place the 4 speaker housing at the other end of the basement in the ceiling of course and was wondering if the speakers in it would sound ok or should I replace them with what type of speakers woudl you recommend ? Is there any online information on doing this? Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer. -- John P. Anyone ?? well it depends on if their CV or standard speakers if there standard speakers you can use a double throw switch to switch between the 2 jukes (check your wattage an oms on the speakers) and attach them to the appropriate taps on your amp. Jim W |
