US Mint Returns

I returned some items to the US Mint a little over a week ago and have yet
to see a refund to my credit card. How long has the US Mint usually taken
for others when returning product?

2-3 weeks. They do a return and a re-ring for exchanges. I returned a
defective silver proof set about 1 1/2 months ago.

About 2-3 weeks. Had to return a defective proof set for exchange about 1
1/2 months ago, and they do a return and a re-ring on you credit card.

I returned a Silver Proof set for exchange, defective Pres.coins set not
sealed. Took a month, only to get defective set again. Both of the other
slabs were unsealed. Month later received a 3rd set, this one was finally
accepable.
Been getting Proof sets since the early 80's from mint, their quality
control dept. is reallly getting lazy!

Mine 2 of the Pres. $ were discolored (looked like when the cleaned the
planchets they just left it on - there were drips on the back of one) and
the Idaho state quarter had shiny flecks going through the frost on the obv.
right through the bust of Washington. Looked like they might have had dust
on the die?
