Default What's being offered?

Read this listing and decide what exactly is being offered, post your
thoughts and I'll post mine after I've seen a few opinions from others.

I've asked the seller what is the serial number and condition of the note
they are offering, I'll post the reply, it should be interesting. Billy

The note note with serial no. A127-286, condition around VG. Still
better than the 'good' condition that the auction says.

The image on the eBay page is another note, in considerably better
condition, although hard to tell since it is so small. Definitely
deceptive.

The seller added the pic of the actual note on offer after I asked what the
grade and serial number of it was, the original pic of the note is the much
higher grade one offered on the web site he mentions.

A confusing listing to say the least. Billy
