Surprise in this week's pack of twos

I get a pack ($200) of two-dollar bills every two or three weeks from
the bank for spending. Nowadays, the mix is about half 2003, most of
the rest 1995 and a few 1976 bills.

This week, though, I got three 1963A and one 1953C series bills. They
are quite worn, but striking in their difference from the current
design.

I haven't seen C. Douglas Dillon's signature in a very long time.

Back out to circulation they go...
