Parking at the New York City Pen Show

Hi Everyone:

For those of you who are coming to the show by car, either as an exhibitor
or a daily attendee, special parking arrangements have been made for you.

The following garage is for anyone leaving their cars overnight. 43rd
Street Parking Garage, at 231 East 43rd Street, (around the block from the
Helmsley Hotel) is offering participants a all-inclusive overnight rate of
$25.00 per day, including all taxes, to park. There will be an addition
$7.00 added to the $25 for oversized vehicles.

Anyone wishing to use this garage MUST tell the attendant at the TIME OF
ARRIVAL that they are attending the pen show, so that their retrieval ticket
can be marked as such. At departure and in order to have the discount
applied to the charges, they must present their ticket together with a
voucher that will be available at the registration desk, or in your
registration packet for exhibitors. If the garage attendant is not informed
at the time of arrival, the discount will not be applied when departing,
even with the voucher.

For those attendees who are driving in daily, the hotel parking lot, beneath
the Helmsley Hotel has a special Saturday and Sunday parking rate of $9.00
per day, from 6:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. Anyone entering after midnight or
before 6:00 a.m. will be charged the regular daily rate of $38.50.
