What's wrong with this cart?

Something's dreadfully wrong with this cart, but I can't make it out. Blowing it up shows only too much pixelization to see anything. Anyone want to hazard a guess? Looks like a hair ball repair job, to me!

I just knew the cart's now a throwaway. Upon reviewing, I can now see the two strips of browned masking tape and the shiny plastic between them. For some reason (and due to dirty glasses?) I thought somehow they'd put a piece of aluminum in there somehow! Fantastic was cleaning ones specs will do for bad vision, eh what!
