DESERTBOB (not its real name) is a troll.
It regularly frequents at least twenty news groups,
including many rabid/sex/racist/gay groups.
Normally, it starts off with reasonable, even witty lines,
but rapidly drifts into lies, abuse and stupidity.

If you check using Google, you can see which posts he's canceling to
avoid detection by Google's abuse help desk. Simply forward those
posts, with a small preface explaining what he's doing, to:

I know I would! Call the Butler, PA Township Police, and report that
Charlie Nudo has a cache of high powered weapons in his house and is
mentally unbalanced.
