menards
I was at menards the other day. They had some cheap plastic tool boxes on
clearance for $2. About 18x10X10. I bought five because they were just too much of a bargain to pass up. I went back today and got 10 more. They are too lightweight to be good tool boxes, BUT they are just about perfect for storing lighter stuff, maybe even proof and mint sets. My wife is planning to use some to put xmas presents in. |

Bob, be careful about storing your proof sets in plastic containers
because they can be damaged by PVC gases released from them. I e-mailed the sterilite plastic company about 2 years ago and they said their clear plastic containers were not made with PVCs. |

I don't believe these are PVC, but its a good caution.
I have most of mine stored in safes, a safe deposit box, and some big plastic containers. I have not used any of them for coin storage, at least yet. "Edward McGrath" wrote in message ...
