possible vintage Rotring pencil
I have a question about a vintage four colour pencil.
On the clip is stamped the word KULI, which Google shows me to be a name once used by Rotring. The metal parts are of plated 'Walz Gold' and the pen has a shiny black plastic central body with a Rotring style red band. The screw-down cap for the clip has stamped into it the letters 'DBPa'. I have posted a photo of the pen at http://www.box.net/shared/static/9rkxl4315a.jpg Was this pencil made by Rotring? If so, approximately when?
