Default osmiroid 65 pen question

I just got an Osmiroid 65 lettering set in its original box. But the
lever fill in the pen does not work-is it repairable?

Here's someone with a lot of Osmiroid experience:

Look for the "contact" link in the center of the page, about 2/3 of the way
