Newbie info neded
Could someone direct me to a good detailed webpage that would help me
understand the different aspects of stamp collecting, such as types of stamps, differences in perforations, ways to mount, etc? I'm particularly interested in stamps from Europe during the WWII ear. Thanks in advanced. B
