Default HOOKING UP IPOD TO A CD100c

I want to hook up my sons IPOD to my CD100, so he can play it through
the amp (via external jack?switching?), has anyone done this?? How did
you do it? Do not confuse with a CD Adapter hook up, I still want to
retain the CD capability of the machine. Any tips? TIA!

You need to buy Rowe kit # 26694703 Amplifier Accessory Board from an
authorized Rowe distributor. This kit has a 6" by 6" circuit board
that mounts to the amplifier chassis. This board has a billion input/
output RCA jacks on it that provide access to just about every signal
path in the amplifier. The manual included with it shows which jacks
to use depending on your application. Kit sells for about $150.

get an audio 2 way switchbox, and an Ipod --- RCA (male) lead. plug
the Jukebox player into one side of the switchbox, and the Ipod into
the other.

Disconnect the mute plug (6 way at the rear end of the amp) to stop
the amp muting.

If you want to do it really cheap, just swap the cables over - or try
a "y" adaptor.

IIRC, the audio output level from the ipod is considerably lower than
the line level coming from the jukeboxes own cd player.

Hi John,

There is an official Wurlitzer kit that makes an OMT into a iPod-OMT,
contact us for details - you get a BGM adapter, power, cables, holder
thingy, etc.

John,

Thanks for the response.. I appreciate it.

I went to your website to check out the adapter kit, but I do not have the
amplifiers listed as being compatible with the kit. Mine is a Wurlitzer 40
210, I think. At least, those are the numbers on the amplifier just below
the name "Wurlitzer"

If the adapter kit would work on mine, I'd sure get it.

Any other ideas?

Thanks...

John Burleson
