Default Doll`s Synthetic hair

Hello All,
Some Dollars are doing a lot of work filling in empty plugs while
making over their dolls.

Is there a tool for doing this, and do instructions come with it?
Is there an online site where I may purchase the tool?
I need Saran hair, and current Barbie type hair, where is the best place
to buy it?

Thanks For Your Help,
Janice

Thank you so much Keith.
I will do that.
The doll I want to give new hair to is a hard plastic ballerina that
belonged to my sister.I foolishly removed every strand of hair from her
head!
Have a Happy Day,
Janice
