I just lost a cjoint link when I clicked Google
without employing a new window.

Is anyone aware if one can look at the files in cjoint
to resurrect the link, or does one have to re load a new identical image?

Having made the same mistake quite often the first times I used Cjoint, to
the best of my knowledge you have to start over again :-( But if you have
the image stored on your hard drive, that shouldn't be a problem.

I am using the new I.E. 7.0 (under Windows XP)
and you can do it by having several logical windows (tabs)
open within one physical window.

You could also load the image into cjoint,
copy + paste the url to your notepad. and
then change your window to Google groups.

Once the message is sent (and checked by you)
you can close the notepad without saving.

Or try IE 7.0 (per my other posting.

Good idea, Blair. I'll keep that in mind for when I come round to
downloading IE7 and OE7.
As of now, I have grown accustomed to more or less the procedure you
suggest; i.e. I open the link provided by Cjoint in a new browser window (to
check the image online), and then copy/paste the URL into the relevant post.
Once posted there, I don't normally need the link any more.

Firefox will allow the same type of thing and one doesn't need XP to
do it.

Thanks guys and gals,
as Mette, I am accustomed to old tried methods, although have often
read the approvals of Firefox.
Like an old pair of slippers, there are a few rips and tears, but
one enjoys the "comfort zone"
