The Angry Millionaire - 1st?

I picked up a copy of *The Angry Millionaire* by Selwyn Jepson, published in
1968 by Harper & Row. In addition to the publisher's info, the last three
lines on the copyright page state:

FIRST EDITION
LIBRARY OF CONGRESS CATALOG CARD NUMBER: 68-28231
K-S

All of the above are right justified on the page.

According to McBride, Harper & Row identifies first editions from the early
60's to the late 60's with "First Edition", and from the late 60's to 1975
with "First Edition" or "First Edition with number line on the last page."

This would seem to qualify as "last 60's", so it looks like anything might
be right. The book does have some printing and binding information on the
last page, but no "first edition."

Does anyone know for sure if this book needs a number line on the last page
to be a first edition?
