Royal Mail is screwy ...

A while back I sent an email to royal post asking for 68p stamps (one
of these each for my 3x5 requests), 5p stamps (to add to my 1 pound
stamps because of the postage increase) and 35p stamps (3 of these
equals one 5x7 request). There is and always had been a 35 pound
minimum order but no problem as I always order more than that…..

Then I got back an email saying they will not do overseas orders
anymore because they cannot track the packages…… they referred us to
stamp collectors and eventually the Royal Philatelic society. That's
where we went, placed the same order and just got them a couple days
ago.

Today, I received, from Royal mail, 25 68p stamps which I PARTLY
ordered from them. The price was 19.15 pounds (they have added
shipping, which they'd not done before)…. The odd thing is 1) it's
less than the 35 pound minimum 2) it's a partial order 3) they had no
tracking and left the envelope on the ground in front of my door and
4) they said they could not fill my order.

I don't know what's going on, but this is SCREWY to say the least.
