Brian, it's hard to say whether the deal is good or not, since there is an
unknown reserve on each auction. Btw, the auctions are ending in the next
2-6 minutes as I type this answer, so I doubt you will get any advice soon
enough to help you with your decision making.

The bags sold for about $35 from the mint when they were available, plus a
shipping charge of about $4 per order. With the $7 shipping charge plus the
$2.20 insurance in these auctions, it is unlikely that the winning bidder
will get the bags for anything less than $40 ( guessing that the reserve is
$30). Good deal? Doing a search of completed NH quarter bags auctions
shows that the bags plus shipping are costing, oh, just under $40 and up.

Also, whether it is a good deal or not largely depends on why you want to
purchase the bags. If you are wanting to hold the bags to speculate on
future value, your guess is as good as anyones. If you want the bags to
search, I think you can get unc NH quarters for less, although perhaps in
rolls rather than bags.
